All personal data provided to Meta IT s.r.o., ID No.: 28305264, with its registered office at Lidická 965/31, 602 00 Brno, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 60026 (hereinafter the “Controller”), are collected and processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Personal data are processed only to the extent necessary to fulfil the purpose of their processing and only for the required period. Data subjects are entitled at any time to request access to their personal data, their correction, or to exercise any other rights granted to them by law.

Providing your personal and company data (e-mail, name, company name, etc.) is entirely voluntary. By providing this data and agreeing to its processing, you also consent to the collection, processing, and use of the data for the purposes of contacting you, managing contacts, protecting our legitimate business interests, or for other purposes specified by you. The data will not be collected, processed, or used for any other purposes. You may withdraw this consent at any time, effective from the moment of withdrawal.

By submitting your CV, you grant the Controller consent to process the provided personal data, specifically your first and last name, home address, e-mail address, telephone number, and all personal data included in your CV, for the purpose of facilitating the conclusion of an employment contract or similar forms of cooperation.

Upon request, we will inform you in writing, in accordance with applicable laws, whether we store any of your personal data and what data this includes. Furthermore, under applicable law, you have the right to request, for example, correction, restriction of processing, or deletion of such personal data.

You can exercise your rights related to the processing of personal data in any form, particularly by sending a request to the registered office of our company. To maintain the security of our clients’ data, it is necessary that your request be accompanied by a notarized signature. We will process your request without undue delay, but no later than one month from the date of its receipt. In exceptional cases, especially due to the complexity of your request, we are entitled to extend this period by an additional two months. You will be informed in advance of such an extension and its justification.

Please note that we are entitled to reject clearly unfounded or disproportionate requests to exercise data subject rights, or to charge a reasonable fee reflecting the administrative costs associated with handling such a request.
