We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR regulation for a clearly defined purpose. We protect personal data against any unauthorized or accidental access, alteration, destruction, or loss, against unauthorized transfers, and against any other unlawful processing or misuse. We adhere to strict technical and organizational measures.

What happens with CVs?

CVs are automatically archived in our database for one year in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. All documents are processed within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU.

Consent to the processing of personal data can be withdrawn at any time. In connection with the processing of submitted data, you have the following rights:

1. Access to your personal data;

2. Rectification or completion of inaccurate or false personal data;

3. Erasure of personal data if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if you discover they were processed unlawfully;

4. Restriction of personal data processing in specific cases;

5. Data portability;

6. The right to object, after which the processing of your personal data will be terminated unless it is demonstrated that there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular if the reason is the potential enforcement of legal claims. Information we collect

We collect information about applicants and suppliers that is necessary to provide our services, such as contact details of persons the company communicates with. For suppliers, this may also include bank details for invoice payments.

Personal data are processed by both employees and external collaborators. With all of them, we have agreements in place that guarantee the same obligations regarding personal data protection as those followed by Meta IT.
